- More tolerant sponge goods to reduce breakage and wastage especially if handled frequently during finishing or transporting longer distances.
- Versatile product which can be used to produce not only sponges and rolls but also cup cakes,reduced-fat cakes and lamingtons.
- Mellow eating qualities without a ¡°tough¡± texture despite the finished product¡¯s robust nature.
Mix will use an extra 30% water compared to other industry sponge mixes which has a significant effect on finished product cost.

Ingredients:
Wheat flour, Sugar, Whipping agent (emulsifiers (472b, 477), glucose, milk solids), Raising agents (450, 500), Milk solids, Vegetable oil (antioxidant (307)), Salt, Vegetable gum (415), Natural flavour.
Contains: gluten and milk
May be present due to shared equipment: tree nuts, egg, soy, sulphites and sesame.
