PLEASE NOTE: All stores do not carry every item available online, if you have ordered an item that is not available at the store you selected someone will be in contact with you shortly to discuss if/when they can get it in, replacement options or a refund.

Click & Collect Orders will be ready approx. 1-2 Business Days after your order is placed, you should receive email notification when your order is ready to collect but if you are unsure if your order is ready or not please contact the store for confirmation prior to coming in. If you place your order AFTER 12pm AEST on Friday afternoon your pick up order will NOT be ready until at least the following Monday, in this instance please contact local store for alternate options.

Click & Collect orders must be collected within 30 Business Days of the order being ready to collect. We will continue to make contact to notify your order is ready, however if after 30 days there is no contact or collection, we will issue a final 14 day notice in which if the order is not collected after this final date, your order will be put back into stock and or disposed off with no refund to be offered.

Click & Collect orders cannot have food items swapped for fresher stock if the order is not collected in a timely manner.
