The set of silicone and plastic chablon is perfect for those who need thin biscuit pastry or nougattine decorations, whilst also making the same shape in chocolate decorations.
To create, simply put your chanlon on your printed sheet and pour your chocolate or isomalt to temperature. Take off the excess with a spatula and let it cool.
