Gold Label vs Tropic:

• Gold Label is much whiter when whipped up unlike Tropic which is more off white

• Tropic is ambient for 5 days after whipping while Gold Label has only a limited ambient shelf life after whipping. (3 - 4hours) Gold Label after whipping will need to be refrigerated.

• Tropic is denser and is classified as an icing. Gold Label is much lighter and is classified as a topping. It also will give you up to 4 times the volume when whipped while RNS only gives you 2.5 times the volume.

• Gold Label is mainly used to produce flowers and wedding cakes due to the extreme stability and ease of use. (harder to over whip this product)

• Due to its white colour it takes colours a bit easier.
